The Yankees Are Making The Most This Unorthodox Season

This season has been nothing short of unorthodox, but the New York Yankees are certainly making the best of it. As of right now, the Yanks are sitting atop the AL East with a 8-1 record.

Even though this year is unlike any other, the Yanks have not missed a beat, as they have picked up right where they left off on the offensive front.

To be honest, I was worried the Yankees would have struggled coming out of the gate when the 2020 baseball gates opened, but that nerve wrecking feeling is no longer at the front of mind. The Bronx baseball squad is notoriously known for using the long ball as their weapon of choice and even in this shorten season, they are certainly staying consistent with hammering the baseball to all parts of the field.

It has been something close to about two weeks and the Yankees are enjoying a healthy diet of wins since the 2020 season began. Speaking of “hammering the ball”, the Yankee squad and Aaron Boone have been fortunate enough to be witnesses to Grand Slams, Major League Debuts, and Aaron Judge’s homers. Also, we definitely can’t forget that the Yanks have wreaked havoc against the Baltimore Orioles and Boston Red Sox to get to the 8-1 record that current hold.

With that being said, the 2020 Yankees are now in possession of the best start in the team’s history.
