The Yankees got their first win of 2020 last night, but it came in an unorthodox way. By now the word, “unorthodox”, is a term that everyone should be familiar with because everything is being done outside of the norm in 2020.
After five innings of play and only the sixth inning started, the New York Yankees captured their win of the season due to a rain delay by a score of NYY 4-1 WSH. Here is a breakdown of the game for those who couldn’t get to see it:
